Ordering Information for
The Bay Dog On-Line Shop


Logos

All Bay Dog apparel comes in your choice of one or more of seven embroidered styles, with the exception of our Signature T-Shirts. Each of these embroidered logos (displayed on this page) are also displayed on each category page of apparel. When ordering each piece of apparel, you will be asked to choose which logo you would like. In addition, you also have the option to choose which color of Lab you would like on your logo. These choices appear next to the location where you will choose your apparel color and size.

The text color will be chosen by us to best match the apparel and dog color you have chosen. The only exception to this will be for apparel that comes with the "BAY PUPPY" logo. In this case we will ask that you tell us whether the apparel is for a boy or a girl.

Monogramming

We now offer monogramming on any apparel, with the exception of caps and hats. To order a monogram on an item of clothing, select the clothing you want and place it in shopping basket. Then go to Category Flags and Stuff and Sub-Category Misc Logo Merchandise. In that Sub-Category, select Custom Monogram. Select the number of monograms you want. In the Comment Box write the name you would like to have monogrammed on your apparel. The number of letters per monogram is limited to 15 characters. For more than 15 characters, you will have to order a second monogram. If you have ordered more than one monogram, you must also include the product code next to each monogram description. This code can be seen by viewing your shopping basket at any time.

The Bay Dog Limited accepts payments with American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa through a secure link that insures your privacy and protection.

Personal Check

However, if you rather pay by personal check, we are more than willing to accept that method as well. Just choose the Personal Check payment method during checkout. Type in your name as it appears on your check and the check number you will be using. Mail this check to The Bay Dog Limited, 32 S. Main St., North East, Maryland 21901. As soon as we recieve your check, we will process your order and get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.

Phone Order

In addition, you may call us Toll Free at 1-877-552-4400 and give us your credit card information over the phone if you choose. Our hours are 10AM - 5PM EST. If you choose this method, do NOT place your order on-line. Record the necessary information out of the catalog, such as product description, color, size, dog color, and logo type and have it ready for us when you call.


Shipping Charges and Times

The shipping charges for orders placed with The Bay Dog On-Line Shop are calculated based upon the actual net UPS charge tables. These tables are based on Ground shipping charges from Zip 21901 in Maryland to your location. In addition to the shipping charges there is a $3.00 handling charge per order.However, this charge will be credited back to your card on any order over $75.00. Each of these charges will be shown to you during the checkout process.

Every apparel order placed with The Bay Dog On-Line Shop is custom embroidered to meet your specific request. As a result the following are the approximate shipping times. We will make every effort to get your product to you just as quickly as possible.

ALL Embroidered Apparel -- 2 - 6 business days + transit time

ALL Screen Printed Apparel -- 1 - 2 business days + transit time

ALL Non-Apparel merchandise -- 1 -2 business days + transit time

For orders shipped within the continental United States, your order will be shipped UPS Ground (PLEASE SELECT UPS GROUND DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS) and should require from 2 -6 days transit. For orders to Canada(PLEASE SELECT UPS TO CANADA DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS) and other countries (PLEASE SELECT UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS), the transit times will be longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with the UPS tracking number. To track your order, visit www.ups.com and enter your order tracking number.

Although we make every effort to ship your order within the times specified, occasionally we may be out-of-stock of your requested product. If this happens, you will be contacted via e-mail to inform you of the expected availability and shipping times for your order.

Since we do not normally ship out same or next day, we have not offered UPS Next Day or Second Day service. If however you would like to expedite any shipment by these methods when your order is shipped, please contact us at service@thebaydoglimited.com. We will be happy to accommodate your request and charge you the difference in the shipping rates.

If you live near our shop and would like to pick your merchandise up, please select the WILL CALL shipping method. No frieght charges will be incurred and the handling charge will be credited back to your card within two business days. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up.


Returns

The Bay Dog On-Line Shop guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase made. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via e-mail at service@thebaydoglimited.com. Tell us what the problem is and we will take care of the rest. If you need to return the product, we will send you a UPS Call Tag to return the product at our cost. Whether it is a product defect, the wrong size, or just the wrong color, it doesn't matter. The Bay Dog will do whatever it takes to make your on-line shopping experience an enjoyable one.
