Here at Turf & Garden we currently have 50 employees. Our main branch in Chesapeake staffs most of them at 27. Then comes Southern Belle Turf Farm at 12 employees. Our Grafton Location staffs 7 employees, and then our Suffolk store at Bennetts Creek Nursery has 3 employees. The majority of our staff has been with the company for a long number of years. Being employee owned really helps all the employees feel as though they greatly impact the progress of the company.
