Robert Kothe
Author of Millionaires' Secrets Revealed

Wearing many hats Robert Kothe can be informational, motivational or Irritational.

The "Irritational Speaker"

As Robert Kothe learned from one self-made millionaire, If you motivate someone the results are temporary. Just as soon as the motivated person is surrounded by a typical real-life environment the motivation quickly fades leaving only memories and a lack of action.

To irritate is to really get under a person's skin and cause them to remember the cause of the irritation and do something about it. Irritation does not fade until the cause of the irritation is changed.

The trick to properly irritating a person is to point out defects in a person's attitude, belief system, and self esteem that is sabotaging the individuals desired success.

The saboteur is like a vampire in a person's mind. When left un-checked and un-supervised in the darkness of the individuals head the vampire lives and prospers bleeding out the individuals self-worth.

Once the vampire is identified and exposed the vampire will naturally wither away and die in the sunlight. (Analogy courtesy of
Dr. Michael Eduards, Business consultant.)

Irritational Speaking Example: High-tech unemployment networking group.

In a recent lecture provided to unemployed programmers, engineers, and other technology people, Robert Kothe successfully irritated the group into action. Pointing out that although many of their unemployment was caused by the bust of the dot-com's. Many of the members of the group remained unemployed and unemployable due to their inability to re-invent themselves away from the "back-office" stereotypes that they live up to and exemplify.

Unfortunately many technology people buy in to the stereotype that it is OK to lack social skills since they will only be interacting with computer. "Back-office" people are kept away from customers so why worry about human intervention.

At this lecture Robert Kothe was able to show this high-tech group that they can have computer skills as well as social skills. Terrific programming ability is no longer an excuse for poor communications skills.

In today's job market with supply of talent much greater than demand companies are able to find people with outstanding technical skills as well as social skills. Robert convinced the networking group that they might as well be in this category of a well-rounded employee. By working on their social skills they might be open to more possible jobs not only as programmers and engineers but also as sales-support, customer service, and as analysts.

The message was receive loud and clear based on the attendee's own words and admittance that they do realize there was a problem. Some attendees admitted to the job loss being caused by personal interactions not technical skills. Admitting that this might a problem is a step that can quickly lead to life-altering improvements.
