Shipping and Options
Shipping is FREE in the continental United States for orders totaling $80.00 or more (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii, where there may be additional charges). We ship most orders within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless you specify otherwise (see below). UPS does not deliver to A.P.O or P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. For an estimate of the number of days it takes to deliver your package in the contiguous 48 United States from our location in Las Vegas, Nevada, please check the UPS map below.


Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day or Two-Day delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods which is based on the weight and destination.
We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, and it is solely up to the UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order, though we do our best to get it out ASAP.
We will charge you a $5 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error (e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number), you will be charged the $5 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
International Shipping (including Canada)
Actual shipping charges are based on U.S. Postal rates. Please call our office at 1-702-952-5001(M-S 9am-6pm PST) for a shipping charge quote. Customer pays all customs, duties, insurance and taxes.
Sales Tax
Currently, only Nevada residents are subject to sales tax collected by Complete Body and Nutrition. Most food items in Nevada are considered Non-Taxable.
Damages and Shortages
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Complete Body and Nutrition within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
Returns
You must call or e-mail us for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars to be returned for credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the returned package or we will refuse the package. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns plus any shipping costs we have incurred. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.
Manufacturer Guarantee Returns
If a product is guaranteed by the manufacturer, or a company is guaranteeing a product and you decide the product did not work for you, you must obtain a return authorization number from us. You will still be responsible for our shipping and handling costs to you as well as the cost of return shipping to us. Since we are not the manufacturer nor the company promising 100% guarantee, there is a 15% restocking fee on top of the shipping charges you will incur. Under no circumstances will we accept any product returns 30 days or later after the invoice date.
On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item that we sell on-line. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain items due to a variety of factors that are beyond our control (i.e. unexpected inventory demands, raw material shortages, bad weather, etc.) Unfortunatley, we cannot predict when these situations will occur. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available, unless you request otherwise.
Legal Notices
Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with Complete Body and Nutrition shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and shall be heard in the State of Nevada and in the County of Clark.
