COMMISSIONED SPORTS RELATED PORTRAITS |
Welcome to my commission sport related portrait art. This is a type of art that I think you as a client and sport fan will enjoy. Most parents and Grandparents especially will love this fine art as a great gift idea. This art is very special, it is a mixture of portrait and sport art.
Process for Commission
The process of a commission on one of these pieces takes alot of consideration and time on my behalf to make sure you have the piece of art you are looking for. First, after I am contacted, I will call or meet with a perspective client, we discuss what type, size and number of images in the work. I will then require a 25% deposit to ensure the seriousness of the client and hold the price that is quoted, it will also pay for supplies and expenses. I will then schedule a photo shoot with the subject. Since the images that I will draw will be of extreme detail, I will insist on taking the photos myself (images supplied by the client must first be inspected.)after the images are developed I will meet with the client and discuss the layout of the piece, get the clients input for the best art work possible. Then the fun begins, depending on size and number of images in the piece, it could take up to three (3) weeks to complete depending on the workload at the time. I will then let the client preview the art and if everyone is happy, it will be sprayed with a fixative to ensure its quality, deliver the piece and collect the remainder of commission.
Sizes and Images
Personalized sports art will be available in three sizes. These sizes are 16"x20", 18"x24" and 22"x28". Each piece will consist of one large portrait image and up to three (3) smaller action images. One large portrait image can be used if chosen by the client. Size will depend on wall size where art will hang and pricing preference.

To order a commission some information will be required. Fill out the form on the right, telling size type of sport and any other information that will be helpful.
