Which credit cards do you accept?
Sorry, at this time we do not take any credit cards, however payment made be made by personal check or money orders payable to PEPPER'S GREENHOUSES. Back to Top

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been received by the vendor or shipped. If the order has already been sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Center for return instructions. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective?
Sorry, no returns are accepted, all sales are final, all merchandise including all plant material is inspected for damage before packing, if you would like your package insured, please notify us by email and we will insure at your cost, when the package leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will exercise care to have all plants true to size and name. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the fitness for any particular use of the stock we sell. It is agreed that the original price shall be the maximum damages the purchaser is entitled to. We will not be responsible for any other expenses, losses, or inconveniences which the purchaser may sustain as a result thereof. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
We will notify you by email if a item is not available at once and offer to BACKORDER with a new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via priority mail is 2-3 days, so you should get your order approx. 1 week after payment is received, providing items ordered are available and to shippable size. We do reserve the right to delay shipments of plants during freezing weather until we feel weather is warm enough to permit their safe travel. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Back to Top
