General Policies

This brochure is presented to assist you in the planning of your wedding, party, club or corporate event. Whether it is a party for 10 or 1000, our party consultants are ready to serve you. The party Center has been planning eventes for over 25 years. Here, courteous, dependable service is featured, along with a diverse line of equipment. If we do not list it, PLEASE ask for it. Consultants are free of charge and without obligation.

RENTAL PERIOD:

The rates listed are for an event occurring between Friday and Monday before 5:00p.m. (this defines our weekend) except where noted. All items rented on a daily basis must be returned by 5:00p.pm. the following day. Items rented on Saturday must be returned by 5:00p.m. on Monday.

QUALITY:

All equipment is of the highest quality and well maintained. All items are thoroughly checked, serviced and cleaned after each use. All food service items are washed, sterilized and wrapped upon rental. For sanitary reasons all equipment must be returned clean and in its original racks. Linens must be returned dry. All items returned dirty are subject to a cleaning charge.

RESERVATIONS:

For advanced reservations a 50% deposit is required. This is your assurance that the desired equipment, will be available for your special event; however, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP:

A. Charge for delivery is determined by the size of the order and the distance from our center.
B. Delivery is to the garage or first floor. Any other arrangements must be made in advanced, with special charge quoted.
C. Tables and chairs will be delivered stacked. They must be restacked for pickup. There is an additional charge for setup and breakdown.
D. Delivery and pickup will be at Lessor's convenience. Someone must be home on the days scheduled.
E. In order to provide efficient and dependable delivery service to all of our customers, 24-48 hours advanced notice is generally required. We will, however, provide emergency service whenever possible.
F. Delivery must be made to, and equipment must be kept in a sheltered location protected from the elements. Responsibility for the equipment remains with the Lessee from the time of delivery to the time of pickup.
G. If equipment is unavailable for pickup, client agrees to pay an additional pick up charge plus any additional rental charges accrued.
