 You can simply use the "Post a Video Response" tool on the above page. Mention "Hole in the Wall Video Contest" in your video title so your video can be found. Also inculde your email address in your video.
- Videos must conform to YouTube upload requirements and be no longer than 3 minutes in length; with 30 secs. to 1 min. suggested: For more details, see the
youtube handbook- Entries to be evaluated based on humor and audience response. Winning entries will be judged according to available YouTube viewer ratings and final review by RDA judges. Decisions by RDA judges are final.
- Participants may submit as many videos as they want by the deadline.
- Contest is open to residents in all 48 contiguous states. Void where prohibited.
- Winning entries must include valid email address and respond to winning announcement within 7 days of notification.
DEADLINE:
- To be considered, entries must be posted no later than midnight, Feb 28, 2010. Winners notified by email on or about January 22nd. Confirmed winners announced on the RDA website and/or YouTube on or about Feb 28, 2010.
CONTEST NOTES
- Videos are intended to be suggestive.
- It is not necessary to actually put a hole in a wall to submit a video. The video can take the viewer up to the point of impact. However, you may want to buy a "Hole in the Wall" repair kit beforehand so you are prepared for the worst, whenever that might happen.
- Film makers must be 18 years of age or older and accept sole responsibility for video content and any damages, including incidental or legal, arising from the production or posting of a film.
Video submissions must conform to YouTube Terms of Service as published on the site: No vulgar, obscene or potentially libelous material permitted, etc. youtube termsWinners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes, and grant RDA permission to post their names and hometowns on the Web in connection with this contest.
