Reconciliation
All members perform a daily examination of conscience and receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once a month, in order that their affections and relationships may be transformed in the fire of spiritual love.
Members seek reconciliation with others at all times so that we may effectively and consistently share the love of Jesus Christ with all men and women.
Prayer and Liturgy
All members are encouraged to develop their own personal prayer life of praise and worship, of thanksgiving and intercession, of meditation and contemplation.
Members are required to attend Mass on the First Friday or First Saturday of each month.
Members also recite the Rosary and the Morning Offering Prayer daily.
Eucharistic Adoration
With a firm conviction in the enduring true and real presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist, members spend at least two hours per month in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Fasting
As a symbol of our desire to make more room for God in our lives and as an expression that we are to be dependent on no thing, members are requested to fast on bread and water on Wednesdays.
Evangelization
Having encountered and given ourselves to Jesus Christ, members are expected to share Him - to evangelize - with joy in their daily lives as a matter of normal spiritual engagement with others.
We seek to evangelize by the witness of our example and by our words that proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.
