  1. H is always a standard of 5 1/2".
  2. F can be a MAX of 10".
  3. For UPS shipping D has a MAX of 96" otherwise D has a MAX of 120".
  4. If you want a ledge (which has 45 degree sides instead of 90 degree) please note that the sides are a stnadard 10" which makes a 7" ledge top.
