Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our STANDARD (NON CUSTOM) PRODUCTS, THEY MAY BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. You must provide a copy of the original invoice. We will then refund the full price of the product. Returns must be pre-authorized by Woodline Manufacturing, Inc. We reserve the right to accept back or refuse returns on any Special/Custom Orders. Restocking charges on Special Orders may vary. Shipping and handling charges as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Our commitment is to customer satisfaction and that we manufacture and sell only the finest fireplace surrounds, mantle shelves, corner shelves, hall trees, storage chests, end tables and window valances featuring beautiful and elegant designs, made with second-to-none craftsmanship for the best wood species available. We price our products fairly, package them carefully, and ship them anywhere in the continental United States or Canada as quick as possible.

If by some unusual chance circumstance your product is damaged during shipping, all you have to do is call or e-mail us and we will immediately ship a replacement and send UPS to pick up the damaged item.
