1) I, the purchaser, am solely responsible for understanding any and all
regulations or legislation regarding or restricting the use of any and all
products for my particular state/county/province.
Dermagraphics, Inc. accepts no responsibility for monitoring whether the purchaser is legally sanctioned to use the products being purchased in his or her area.

2) Dermagraphics, Inc. ONLY accepts product returns within 30 days of receipt of product if the product is in some way defective. A replacement product will be shipped after examination.
