Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 70 South
Make a right at the Mobile Station (Cty Rte 111)
Take all the way to the end
This will then turn into Rte 27 East (Sunrise Highway)
Take to Exit 65 south ( Hampton Bays)
Make a left at the Hampton Bays Diner (Montauk Highway East)
Go approx 3 miles and the CPI will be located on the left side at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Newtown Road
