How does Muay Thai benifit your Health?
Regular exercises are very important in Muay Thai. The body will be driven to the limit of exhaustion. If you do not have stamina and determination, you will certainly give up, so it is necessary to train the mind to be tough. In Muay Thai or any kind of profession, a good player in the game must have supreme self-confidence that one should successfully complete various maneuvers and sufficiently single-minded to make timely and sudden decisions. This quick thinking is crucial to a hand-to-hand combat like Muay Thai. To be a top class Muay Thai fighter, one will have to undergo the training to instill self -confidence and ability to make decisive decisions.

Self Defense
* I was wondering, how will Muay Thai teach me self defense?... Muay Thai is a self-defense that is full of tactics, tricks, and techniques. Training in Muay Thai means learning all the tactics to defeat the opponent and the ways to counter your opponent's maneuvers. A Muay Thai fighter must have enough wisdom in using the techniques supported by a fair degree of intelligence. To be successful in the art of Muay Thai, one must be well disciplined and obedient to the teacher's instructions. Furthermore, one should attend the training sessions regularly, look after one's health, and adhere to the pattern of training. As Muay Thai requires movement of every part of the body, you will be very fit and strong. With a strong and fit body, good health will lead to better resistance to illnesses.

How much time should I commit to, to get the results I'm looking for?
Well this depends on what you want out of your exercise program. If you're training for a fight you must train everyday. We will never send a fighter in the ring unprepared. Getting in a ring or a cage is a brutal sport. Athletes in this field must be committed to training everyday to condition the mind and body. Now, if you are wanting to exercise for your health and well-being we recommend at least three times per week if you can but of course one day a week is certainly better than none!!

Looking for self-confidence
Healthy self-esteem means thinking as highly of yourself as you think of your friends and peers. We are so used to negative feedback that we are more aware of our weaknesses than our strengths. We are often taught we will "fail", so it is often hard to enjoy success, no matter how small each "success" might be.

Wiped Out
How do I increase exercise stamina...Unless your doctor recommends them, don't bother with dietary supplements. Your diet should supply your nutrients, not the health food store. Weight training can help with all aspects of your exercise program. Target the muscle groups you use most. Choose your diet carefully. Eating too many empty calories can only lead to added weight, which won't help at all with your workout. Be sure to prevent dehydration. During an exercise session, heat is built up in the muscle groups of focus which causes the body temperature to increase. The body tries to cool itself by sweating. The sweat evaporates from the skin, and it is that process that assists in supporting a lower core body temperature. Sometimes, though, this process isn't an adequate way of cooling, due to factors like moisture and humidity. As a result, the bodies continue to sweat, causing further fluid loss. The only way to replace this fluid loss is to drink more fluid. Prevention of this entire process by consuming enough liquid both during your workout and during the normal course of your day will go miles in improving your stamina.
Learn to manage your stress. If you spend all of your energy during the day dealing with stress, you won't have any left for your workout. One final way to work on stamina is through your favorite music. Music can be very helpful in keeping you motivated during a workout. The more motivation you have, the more likely you are to stick with your program, which will increase stamina.
