PRESS RELEASE 11/11/09 Nip & Tuck Issue


The legal issue is: When art imitates life (or ones life work) at what point does copying become plagiaristic requiring compensation? Several facts need to be brought to the publics attention to discuss my issue.

First the story line closely resembles a highly publicized event 13 years ago when I was performing on stage and a customer claimed I injured his neck with my breasts. I was sued for $200,000.
Second The watermelon smash was performed on AGT in July 2008 in Atlanta when I had Piers Morgan and David Hasslehoff's faces on watermelons and crushed them with my breasts as retaliation for throwing acts off the show.

Thirdly I produced the watermelon smash video before my appearance on AGT and most recently shown on Trutv The Smoking Gun just two weeks before the Nip and Tuck episode.

Fourth The use of a table,red cloth background and substitution of a pumpkin rather than a watermelon with retaliatory language is very similar to my tape.

The comment of the weight of my breasts and the use of them as deadly weapons frequently used in my TV appearances. I also resent the use of the words "tricks" or "treats" as defamatory words if the public identifies the actress as me or the act as mine. According to one reviewer of the show Nip and Tuck hoped to continue use of the character if it succeeded which would result in further compensatory damages.

I recently returned from my Hooter Restaurant Celebrity Tour "Hooterpalooza III" for 4 of their restaurants in the San Francisco Bay area. The hooter girls and management were very helpful and supportive. The people at Saddle Rack,the Hooterpalooza III site for my appearance and the bikini contest,were just great. 53 beautiful hooter girls in bikinis. WOW!! What a fantasy for you guys.
