BMBFASHIONS offers a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases (Returns or Exchanges). You have up to 14 days (from the delivery date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. Note: We extend this period during the winter holiday season to 21 days. Shipping is non-refundable for returns and exchanges. If BMBFASHIONS shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund the shipment charges. Remember to save your receipt and send a copy with the merchandise.

To return merchandise to BMBFASHIONS.COM follow these easy steps:

1. Email us in the "Contact Us" page. Let us know what happen and what you would like to do.

2. We will email you back a RN number for you to write on your copy of the receipt.

3. Wrap the merchandise with a dry cleaner's plastic bag.

4. Place the merchandise in the original package or one similar to it.

5. Place a copy of your receipt with the RN number written on it.

6. Make a label with our return address.
