We believe our most important responsibility is to the animals we encounter. Our first and foremost promise is to never perform a function that would not be in the best interest of the pet. Conversely, we will always have the best interest of the pet in mind in all we do. The pet is our primary customer and our facility is and always will be maintained for their comfort & security.

We are responsible to our customers' human companions, the men & women who bring their pets to us. In meeting the owner's needs, the highest integrity must be used in all that we do. They trust us with their loved one for a period of time and we must constantly struggle to be worthy of that trust. To them, we promise a quality product and/or service for a fair price; we promise to be flexible & responsive enough for their family's needs; we promise to give their pet the absolute best care available.

We are responsible to our employees, who are individuals as well as a member of a team. We promise to respect their dignity and recognize their merit. They must have a sense of security and worthiness in their jobs. Compensation must be fair & adequate, and working conditions clean, orderly, and safe. Our final responsibility is to our business ... we must make a sound profit if we are to accomplish our vision. We must experiment with new ideas and promote continuous improvement. Research must be carried on, innovative programs developed, and mistakes paid for. New equipment must be purchased, facilities improved, and goals realized. Reserves must be created to provide for adverse times. When we operate according to these principles, our businesses will succeed.
