Policies and Procedures

1. Some ordering is subject to a price break based on quantity of items ordered.

2. All items that are subject to quantity price break must be approved by phone order only.

3. All pre-orders by credit card will be billed once item is in stock, unless specified differently in description. Items sold are considered final, unless approved by management via phone. Some approvals may be subject to 20% restocking fee.
